My Story

Born into diversity, I am the product of mixed nationalities, four languages, and three religions.

Moving frequently throughout my life, each new place brought the realization that the diverse thinking I offer is often overshadowed by stereotypes tied to my accent or appearance.

These lived experiences fueled my commitment to inclusion and diversity, inspiring me to dedicate both my life and career to this work.

During my time as DEI leader at IKEA, my task was to bring 6,000 employees and leaders on board with DEI in a challenging political climate.

It required perseverance, teamwork, and dedication, but we achieved impactful milestones, such as the STORSTOMMA rainbow bags initiative, where profits were donated to charity, the launch of the first market-leading Paternal Leave policy, Refugee Skills for Employment Program, Gender Equal Pay, and more.

Corporate Background

In my consultancy, I focused to helping clients approach inclusive leadership and DEI in a similarly strategic and impactful way. I’ve delivered trainings and webinars to thousands of people globally, and the feedback consistently highlights how it has made a tangible difference in their everyday work.

The key to this success lies in the tailor-made solutions I create for each organization. I take the time to deeply understand every client’s unique needs and goals, crafting customized strategies that fit them perfectly.

After years of this work, I synthesized my experience into the Inclusive Leadership Blueprint, which my current and new clients are now adopting, witnessing positive changes almost immediately.

It’s the culmination of everything I’ve learned about what truly works in driving inclusion and leadership transformation.

My Consultancy

  • Diversity-Sum Mindset

I introduced the Diversity-Sum Mindset™, a transformative approach where diverse perspectives are not just accepted but intentionally embraced as a powerful strategic asset. This mindset shifts away from simply meeting diversity benchmarks and focuses on fully leveraging the unique cognitive, demographic, and experiential differences within a team. By moving beyond tokenism and adopting this mindset, leaders can unlock deeper insights, foster more innovative problem-solving, and drive sustainable, high-impact growth across their organizations.

  • Team Psychological Safety

More than just fostering a ‘safe space,’ I focus on building team environment that support open dialogue, even in high-stakes environments. By working directly with leadership to embed this concept into everyday workflows, we create systems where speaking up becomes second nature, enhancing team innovation and resilience. It’s not just about reducing fear; it’s about enabling bold thinking.

  • Inclusive Decision-Making

My approach goes beyond simply gathering diverse opinions. I emphasize structured inclusion, where different perspectives are not only heard but effectively integrated into decisions through clear frameworks. By aligning decision-making rights with inclusive practices, I help leaders avoid ‘groupthink’ and capitalize on the creative tension that leads to stronger, more innovative outcomes.

  • Collective Intelligence

I treat collective intelligence as both an outcome and a process. My work shows that fostering collective intelligence isn’t just about assembling diverse teams—it’s about cultivating the right conditions for that diversity to generate unique insights. This requires a mix of cognitive diversity, transparency in leadership, and mechanisms for constructive dissent, which together create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
