What I observe among companies is the pressure to make quick, confident decisions.

Yet, beneath this urgency lies a risk: default and non-inclusive decision-making. This is when we rely on habits, assumptions, and biases rather than careful thought.


As a DEI expert focused on team psychological safety, collective intelligence and inclusive decision-making, I’ve seen how deeply entrenched decision defaults can affect team dynamics, innovation, and leadership effectiveness.
